Rule: a match without assignment is valid — never treat it as an error.

Secrets stay server-side. No credentials in source, HTML, or logs.

Prefer one-file or small modular Apps Script bundles that can be copy-pasted and version-tagged.

Static pre-deploy checks first; live verification is a separate gate.

Build for the operator who will run it at 02:00, not for the demo slide.
